And I agree with secret agent woman about the compliment part. I know it's hard telling someone that they're pretty when you think they're not... if anyone told me I look healthy, I'd think they were calling me fatTerra Shieldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00039195435967190497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1047900042385397529.post-28669200650160912922009-07-29T18:25:07.950-07:002009-07-29T18:25:07.950-07:00You really sound like a great kid -- 'er, youn...You really sound like a great kid -- 'er, young man. But I feel I must tell you this: when a young lady asks you if she is pretty, the answer is always 'yes'. (In a pinch, you might get away with 'Are you kidding me?! You gotta be kidding me! What kind of dumb question is that?')Doctorboogaloohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16013212472210043953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1047900042385397529.post-65403014676360005762009-07-29T04:36:53.262-07:002009-07-29T04:36:53.262-07:00I love how honest you are being with yourself -- a...I love how honest you are being with yourself -- and with people around you.jo(e)https://www.blogger.com/profile/01488562158252331555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1047900042385397529.post-71008141208721592942009-07-28T19:56:35.945-07:002009-07-28T19:56:35.945-07:00wherever one finds affection, the seed of love may...wherever one finds affection, the seed of love may grow in unexpected waysunokhanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01806963866425246381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1047900042385397529.post-62368247571547540012009-07-28T18:20:48.621-07:002009-07-28T18:20:48.621-07:00I suspect most straight women would have little tr...I suspect most straight women would have little trouble imagining being in a same-sex relationship. I'm solidly heterosexual, but I don't find the idea of being with a woman remotely repulsive. I think straight women tend to be less homophobic than straight men.

“You’re really healthy. You’re not too big, you’re not too small, and you take really good care of yourself.” This may be the worst compliment I've ever heard! Now, at the time I did know I wasn't really interested in girls but I chalked that up to being nine years old. Rather than telling her I wasn't interested I just kind of ignored the matter until she moved on. We don't spend that much time together but we are friendly and go on as if that thing never happened. But I am pretty embarrassed and still feel bad about it. Unlike nine year old me, you should be proud of how you handled the matter. Likewise I'm sure Horse Girl appreciates your doing whatever (is reasonable) to make her happy.Wooziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11637072916156389703noreply@blogger.com
